My Path from Pianist to Piano Tuner

I played piano professionally since 1993 before I realized my passion for the instrument behind the keys. While it was not uncommon to retune a note on piano I performed over the years, it was later in my career as a pianist that I found a passion for working on acoustic pianos. I began tuning and working on pianos in 2016. I enjoy spending my down time refurbishing, tuning, and bring back to life much used and abused pianos. I have enjoyed working in churches and homes and getting to know each instrument and helping them sound their best.
